As a SeoPilot user, you agree to use the platform legally and ethically. You may not use our services to conduct illegal activities, distribute malware, attempt to breach platform security, or perform excessive automated scraping that may affect performance for other users.
3. Intellectual property
All content, design, logos, and source code of SeoPilot are protected by intellectual property rights and belong to SeoPilot. The analysis and data generated from your own web properties remain your property.
4. Limitation of liability
SeoPilot provides the platform 'as is' and assumes no responsibility for business decisions made based on the provided metrics. Under no circumstances will we be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our service.
5. Account cancellation
You can cancel your SeoPilot account at any time from your dashboard settings. Once canceled, we will delete or anonymize your personal information and unlink access to your properties' APIs as stipulated in our Privacy Policy.
